Speaker Lineup

Every volunteer joins the TEDxPetalingStreet family for their own reasons;
However, being able to persevere through the years and reach the end is what's truly precious.
We even cheekily ask in recent application forms:
"How much time are you willing to dedicate to the team in a week?"
The purpose is simply to let everyone know that organizing an annual event under the global TED brand,
from major external matters to the smallest details, we genuinely need a full year to coordinate.
The halo of "passion and professionalism" that outsiders crown us with,
how can we allow ourselves to casually stroll around and taste the fruits of success?

After ten years, I truly feel that,
when volunteers step down from the stage under the spotlight and applause,
still maintaining their original intention, staying at their posts, doing their best, and refining themselves,
is more substantial and priceless than others' affirmation and praise.
When everyone focuses on doing their part well,
when all forces come together,
it naturally forms a fine "grid" and a broad "situation",
achieving beautiful things will be the most beautiful thing.
Thank you to the team leaders for discovering and picking me up from the vast sea of people,
then tirelessly and carefully nurturing and cultivating,
and continuously urging, reminding, and supporting.
I dare not say "the right time to meet the right person",
because time has been constantly tempering me,
only by continuing to reflect, learn, grow, and move forward,
can I become that more right person in the days to come,
and shoulder that unwavering love and trust.
Continuously exercising perfect excellence,
the premise is, only exercising those important and prioritized perfect excellence,
is the way to be kind to yourself in limited time.
I look forward to it, and I believe you do too.
