About Hymn Wong
A graduate of the Willem de Kooning Academy Rotterdam, Hymn Wong has won numerous awards throughout his design career, including Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity-Gold Lion. Now, as founder of Both Sides Thinking, he also dabbles in philosophy and is committed to creating more "Tools for Life Design".
Through his years of searching for the meaning of life, he firmly believes that the only way to achieve greater potential is for us to break out of our existing ways of thinking. He interweaves design with philosophy, creating threads of thought for us to ponder; with a stroke of his pen, simple black and white lines turn into visual puns and other creations brimming with clever inversions. In the midst of this inversion and contrast are chances for us to reevaluate life, relationships, and ourselves.
And for Hymn, the meaning of life lies in its pursuit.
